    Chuck I've made many of your recipes and all have been excellent and well received. Your latest Chuckmas recipes (Carrott cake, Chicken liver pate, Cranberry, Orange and Prosecco) were so good. Thank you Chuck and Merry Christmas to you and your family.

    Delicious, added some water before crans gave up their juices. Who has time to cut orange slices, I used mandarin from can in light syrop.
