Best fried fish batter, love this recipe. Goes great with chucks cucumber mint gin and tonic.

The best fish tacos I've ever had. We cut the avocado cream, the pico de gallo, and green chile sauce in half and we still had tons! I recommend cutting the fish batter in half also (not the dredging flour. A pound of fish really goes a long way with this recipe!!
