    My boyfriend and I made this on New Year's Eve together as a special dinner for just us that night. This was absolutely amazing. We made everything except for the mayo just for time's sake. The tartar sauce was outstanding. My boyfriend suggested a little less shallot or just a use a red onion next time as he felt the shallot was a bit too overwhelming in the sauce. (I personally loved it, but hey. Compromise! I recommend this dish 100%. So delicious. Keep em coming, Mr. Hughes!
