This was a great way to use tomatoes from our garden. Tasted great, my kids loved them.

I can only describe - Awesome!!! If you like tomato's, this recipe is a keeper... This recipe is a little work, but worth it...

YUMMY! I had some left over hot house tomatoes and decided to give this recipie a try. Talk about lovely. I think next time I will try it as a capris salad... just thinking about it makes me want to go to whole foods and get some more tomatoes.

As a Southern guy I was intrested in this recipe. I made them for my wife (big critic. They were excellent. I add buttermilk to the egg mixture. The addition of the salty proscuttio was really a winner; adding more flavor! It's a great addition to any meal. Thumbs up!

Very Tasty, I made them for breakfast this morning and my husband and I loved them... I didn't have any prosciutto, so I used turkey bacon instead. Definitely a keeper
