My wife and I were looking for a new recipie for dinner and saw this episode. We tried the dish and added shrimp like the other reviewer and it was incredible!!!! This dish is definitely in our top 5 recipes. ENJOY!!!!

I made this on New Year's Eve with king crab legs and then made it with shrimp the next day...I could eat this every day!

My wife & I recently ate at Chuck's r. and I had the jerk crab... IT WAS AMAZING!!!! No exageration it was the best crab I have EVER HAD!!!! I would LOVE to meet the master!! No Joke, it is the real deal & the staff was AMAZING!!! I would make the journey up there any (or all thetime! The atmosphire is awewsome. There are not enough superlatives to this man's place or talents!!!!
