    An easy recipe - I made a few adjustments to the salad: I peeled and sliced my peaches before tossing w/greens; I used mixed greens rather than one specific lettuce; used honey in place of maple syrup and used only about 1/2 the dressing, allowing guests to add more at the table if they desired. No one added more dressing.

    This is a salad you prepare just before bringing to the table since the greens are tossed w/oil. The salad went together quickly and everyone had seconds. There was nothing left over! WONDERFUL way to use fresh peaches during the season! Thanks!

    I made this twice this week for company and everyone loved it. I used arugula but have no doubt that romaine would be just as good. This is a 5 star summer salad!

    I just made this with a forced substitution of arugula and turkey bacon-it's what I had on hand- yummy dressing, delicious summer supper! I'll make it again but with proscuitto- that should make it 5 stars
