    Excellent, but the recipe doesn't mention the couple of pats of butter he adds at the end with the lemon juice.

    This side dish was very good. I cut the recipe in half and must admit, that I used chicken broth instead of water and doubled the cooking time. The leeks were very tender and tasty. I found this to be a creative way of using leeks, wish I thought of it. Thanks Chuck.
