Simply said....FABULOUS!!!! The kids were gone and my hubby would rather cook together than go out to eat. We love spicy food and trying different dishes. We made a couple of changes due to our preferences and they're known quantities. Instead of 2 cans of tomatoes, we used a can of diced fire roasted tomatoes and a can of Hot Rotel. We also added 2 shallots (vs1 and about 4 cloves of garlic!

We made the Naan by the recipe until the butter....we used only a quarter cup of butter but added minced garlic. We also used an electric skillet (with, yup garlic oil and that tasted yummy but think next time we will use a cast iron skillet.

Loved it. Ground lamb was crazy expensive so I used a ground beef-veal-pork combo. I like the spice and the goat cheese is a great touch.

Fantastic! The goat cheese is a must for this recipe - it takes it to the next level. This was SO delicious! And the Naan bread goes great with it. I'm taking the leftovers and adding them to eggs in the morning for breakfast - love this!
