I rarely ever review anything, but I made this the other day and it was so good that I felt obliged to come on and do a review. I'm not a big dessert person, but this a did not require any baking and b looked easy and quick (besides the long setting time. I was able to finish assembling it in 30-40 minutes and let it set for about 10 hours. Turned out fantastic! Delicious and a surprising looking. I added a little Gran Marnier to the reserved juice that I spooned over the top. Totally recommend this as an easy dessert that will impress for a dinner party or cooking for a date.
