Simple and fresh-tasting. My family loved it. I used it on spagetti and on a homemade pizza crust and Im going to make it again tonight for spagetti with sausage slices. The only thing I would change to make this recipe easier is to roughly chop the whole tomatoes first, before putting into the saucepan. This will make it easier to mash them up. Also, I put mine through the food processor to smooth it up some- not too much!!
