    Loved this recipe! So fast and easy. The little kids even liked it. When trying a new recipe I usually stick to the original but I forgot the pine nuts, couldn't find hemp seeds, and I only had 1/4 cup of olive oil left. Yikes! I subbed sesame seeds for the hemp, cashews for the pine nuts, and used the last 1/4 cup of olive oil I had. It was spot on amazing!

    Having not been able to eat pesto that much before (since everyone uses cheese and I'm not only vegan but also allergic to milk I was shocked by how tasty this recipe was! The sauce was light yet creamy and paired perfectly with store-bought pasta (though next time I will make my own. I used a Vitamix to create the pesto versus a food processor and after preparing it was a quick mix followed by a healthy, filling and tasty meal! My partner, who has enjoyed pesto in the past, considered this to be one of the best pesto sauces he has ever had.

    The pesto was perfect and quick and easy to make. Prep was also quick and easy. I used an organic corn & quinoa spaghetti. A big burst or flavor in every bite!

    This was a big hit with our family and will be a keeper for sure! Great recipe for all ages as well. Looking forward to more episodes of How to Live to 100, let's keep Jason on the air, great show!
