If you don't like this you don't like breakfast comfort food! My wife loves it and she is rather picky. Easy to do and cheap.

My husband loves French toast and when I told him about this recipe he said "Sounds pretty good!"
I only made half the recipe to prevent leftovers...there were no leftovers. He loved it and might have eaten the whole thing if I hadn't eaten some!
Much easieer for little ones to eat because no drippy syrup. (I allowed it to rest and absorb the syrupFast easy and yummy! This would make a great slumberparty breakfast.

I found this recipe to be very delicious! I didn't have vanilla extract but I had rum and I used that! Oh my oh my!
The only problem I had is that the egg mixture sank to the bottom. Next time I will let it soak for at least an hour. But other than that it was very tasty!
