    I prepared this recipe exactly as written with one exception....I didn't have any limoncello, so I substituted Triple Sec..the result was even more spectacular, with a hint of orange citrus mixed with the lemon and lime! This is a beautiful and creamy frozen dessert..not too heavy...two pieces at one sitting is certainly within reason. It pairs well with your favorite cup of good strong coffee.
    The only frustration was that I had to wait overnite for the semifreddo to " freeze" before I could eat it. This is a labor intensive recipe, but well worth your time and effort! Thumbs up!

    Delicous,elegant,creamy,lemony,made recipe as instructed. I also made the espresso semifreddo.
    I can't decide which I like best. Thank you Giada,you are amazing and you make me look good.

    OH MY GOD! This is so delicious!! The recipe calls for very simple, inexpensive ingredients (with the exception of the limoncello which was a little pricey). The directions are SO easy to follow. And the result is a beautiful, fancy, YUMMY dessert. Thanks Giada!
