Combine the coconut rum, cream of coconut, vanilla ice cream, pineapple juice and coconut water in a blender with 1 1/2 cups ice and blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass or serve in a real coconut. Top with a floater of the dark rum if desired, and garnish with an umbrella.
