    Made this for lunch today. Really simple, tasty and fresh. I added some coriander and thai basil leaves at the end. Next time I think I will add some cooked rice noodles to the bowl with the beansprouts before adding the fish and broth, which wold make it more of a 'dinner' meal than a light lunch.
