I made this recipe last week for dinner. It was great! My family loved it. At first I was not sure if the red wine sauce would taste good with the salmon but it does, they go very well together. I loved the mushroom orzo it had a slightly nutty flavor that came from baking it. I will make this recipe again in the future.
