    I mimicked this recipe using gluten free bread and flour for the Béchamel, I also used bacon (no ham) and I added some flash sauteed veggies, plus I only had goat cheese and Parmigiano Reggiano on hand :) I had to work with what was in stock. Anyway it was AMAZING!!!! I will definitely make this again.

    Tasted great, but didn't use mustard and substituted cheddar for the gruyere.

    This would have been a four or five star recipe but the amount of mustard is way to high. A tablespoon per sandwich is too overpowering. It was all I could taste. I would recommend putting on however much you would normally put on a sandwich. A tablespoon sort of saturates the bread.
