    This dish is definetly an acquired taste, but so is Indian food in general. If you are looking for something spicy with a great twist, this is for you. I used a cabernet for the wine that was a little more bitter, so I added a little brown sugar to balance the taste. I really liked the tamarind with the wine and Indian spices...mmm.mmm

    I don't know what I did wrong but I'm not into the flavor. It's too sour for me. I'm not that great a cook so maybe this was too advanced for me. I'll stick with Bal's no-butter chicken!
