    This was very good. If you don't like chrizo, then use a sausage of your choice that crumbles. I had mixed reactions, either people loved it with the chrizo or they hated it. When I subistuted it for a different sausage, those that didn't like the chrizon loved it. So when I make it now, I do some with chrizo and some with regular sausage and then everyone is happy.
