Low-carb diners, this salad will "rock your world" as Daisy would say. Complex layers of flavor, and the secret ingredient--cider vinegar! Who knew? I served this with the other two dishes in the menu and cannot remember a more enjoyable brunch, guests did not stop raving about it.
