Ingredients

  • 4 ounces chardonnay
  • 1 ounce melon-flavored rum
  • 2 slices fresh mango, plus more for garnish
  • 2 slices fresh pineapple
  • 2 slices Asian pear
  • 1 wedge lemon
  • Splash of simple syrup, to taste
  • Ice, as needed

Combine the chardonnay, rum, mango, pineapple, Asian pear, lemon, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with a few cubes of ice. Shake to release fruit essences but not to bruise the fruits. Strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with a mango wedge, and serve.
