Ingredients
- 4 ounces chardonnay
- 1 ounce melon-flavored rum
- 2 slices fresh mango, plus more for garnish
- 2 slices fresh pineapple
- 2 slices Asian pear
- 1 wedge lemon
- Splash of simple syrup, to taste
- Ice, as needed
Directions
Combine the chardonnay, rum, mango, pineapple, Asian pear, lemon, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with a few cubes of ice. Shake to release fruit essences but not to bruise the fruits. Strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with a mango wedge, and serve.
