Wow! Very delicious! Watched your show today at a friend's house (I don't think I have the Cooking Channel on U-Verse Tonight I fed this pasta to my husband, our friend Pat, and my father-in-law. Raves from everyone. I personally LOVED it! Pat took the recipe I had printed home with him. I also made the Curry Chicken Salad (YUM! and I also made the Farmer Cheese with Toasted Walnuts & Raisins (which my husband said was "Fantastic" and served it with Ezekiel Bread toasted and cut into small squares. I usually just make stuff up and don't follow recipes, but this all looked delicious -- even if your mom & grandma did seem a little bit nonchalant about it all on your show today... guess they are used to your great cooking...
