I use Air Bake cookie sheets - if you do, too, skip the buttering/flouring of the cookie sheets entirely and just use parchment. I have never had cookies stick so much in my life. Also, cut back the baking time to 25 minutes and check them from there. They are pretty easy to make, so I will be trying again.

The cookies, they were very good. The nuts gave it good texture. I did think to give them four stars, but my cookies were not made as perfect as they could have been. So, as a tip, DO NOT BURN THE NUTS!!!
