Easy and quick to make. Very tasty. I added a little more anchovies and more garlic than the recipe called for and used a whole fresh jalapeno pepper chopped fine since I like it a little more spicy. This makes a great lunch dish with a salad on the side. Will make this again.

I have made this pasta dish twice. And I have to say I love it,
I am not a drinker so when I watched the show I thought humm maybe I can try this without getting that alcohol taste from the wine that I do not like but the flavor that I do enjoy in other pasta sauces like Bolognese. I actually added a bit of butter while I sautéed the garlic and olive oil once the butter got that toasty flavor I added the anchovies and the wine. Then I continued to follow David's recipe. GOOD cheese , Good Wine and Fresh parsley made this dish impossible for me to stop eating. I recommend anyone who watches this amazing Italian chef to try his recipes.
