AMAZING AND SIMPLY MUITO BOM! So easy to prepare, believe it or not, I have used a pancake batter thinned out with water the first time because it was what I had, and my boyfriend LoVeD it! : But the second time I had tempura mix in my cupboard and it was when my family was coming to visit and ALL LOVED and RAVED!!! my mother is Korean (and previous restaurant owner and cook of my life! and she was impressed at the lemon flavor that wasn't overpowering, and I did serve it with thai sweet and spicy chili sauce! You can put your own varied twist on it! It's another tried and true favorite in our home, it can't get easier, oh and I only use organic/hormone free chicken breast
