Directions

Mound the flour on a smooth work surface, and create a well in the middle of the flour. Break up the cubes of yeast with your hands and add it to the well, along with the white wine, olive oil and a portion of salted lukewarm water. Work the flour slowly, adding the rest of the salted lukewarm water as needed until it turns into a uniform dough.

Cover the dough and let rest to rise for about 20 to 30 minutes at room temperature.

I have made this dough many times and it is awesome!!! I have brought it to parties and got rave reviews. I use the best quality Olive Oil which really makes a difference. I use my food processor and it works out ever time.Sometimes I have to add more flour or liquid but I think it has to do with the humidity and weather...Definitely recommend this recipe!!

Great recipe! I had to add quite a bit more flour to make it come together for a nice dough, so definitely cut back on the liquid or be prepared to have quite a bit more dough than needed for one pizza. The extra makes a great loaf of bread.

This is a really great recipe for anyone who doesn’t own a mixer. I don’t know if there is anyone left without one as; Kitchen aid did a wonderful job this year making sure we all bought one. Anyway this recipe is fun to make and young people, and they enjoy seeing the process. Who doesn’t like fresh pizza dough? Have Fun!
