Are you kidding me, I'm the first to review this wonderful dish. This is the only way to "bake" potatoes. The texture, the flavors, to die for. Who knew something so simple could be so good. I used thyme and rosemary. Have no sage in my garden. Yumm. Also try without garlic, instead add sliced onions. So many ways so few potatoes...
