Very simple to make and tasty. Made this for my family while on vacation in OBX and they thoroughly enjoyed it! My sister-in-law had me write this recipe down for her and brother-in-law bought me a bottle of wine. Said it was one the best dishes that had ever eaten. Having freshly caught shrimp and local zucchini made it the much more enjoyable! Highly recommend this and I am sure that lump crab or lobster would be excellent substitutes.
