Directions

In a saucepan, heat the olive oil. Saute the garlic and add the sausages and rosemary. Cook for a few minutes, turning the sausages over. Pierce the sausages to allow the fat to drip out and flavour up the dish. Add the tomatoes to the pan. With the back of a wooden spoon, break up the tomatoes into little chunks. Add 1/2 a cup of water and allow to simmer. Then add the beans, salt, and pepper.

Let cook together for about 15 minutes or until the sauce has reduced and thickened.

Simple & Easy to make! Everyone love the dish! I used hot sausage to give the recipe a kick!
I only left the rosemary in the Olive Oil for about a minute! I will definitely be making this quick recipe again. Thanks David!

My wife and I are headed to Tuscany for our 1st anniversary, as a treat we prepared Salsiccie e Fagioli last night in a cast iron skillet on the grill. We loved David's dish, needless to say we sopped up the drippings from the skillet with some crusty Tuscan bread! Great dish to get us in the mood for San Sano. Simple and Perfect! Washed it all down with a glass of wine.
