  • 1 pound/457 g sushi grade tuna, thinly sliced
  • Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling

Directions

Sprinkle sea salt on sliced tuna, drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and serve.

Notes

To make your own lemon-infused sea salt, add lemon zest to sea salt, mix well, cover and let rest for 24 hours.
