Ingredients

  • 8 ounces/250 g stracchino cheese
  • 2 (3-ounce/90 g) pork sausages, casings removed or bulk
  • 8 slices of country bread, sliced

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a mixing bowl, mix the stracchino cheese and sausages into a paste. Generously spread the mixture on each slice of bread. Place the bread on a parchment paper- lined baking sheet and bake until golden brown.
