    Finally! A simple recipe so I can try this strawberry-balsamic vinegar craze! It is tart and sweet, probably best with very ripe berries. Imagine instant port wine with a strawberry finish... Really, very good.

    Heavenly. From the first time I had strawberries dipped in balsamic vinegar I've loved it. I always felt that there was something missing until this recipe. The addition of the sugar and pepper make it complete. The pepper made me a little nervous and I had heard of that before, but it was fine. I used 15 yr. old vinegar.
    As someone who has been married for over 26 years, I loved this episode. It was charming.
