    Very light and refreshing. I agree with the other reviewer to finely zest the lemon. Since I'm not a chocoholic I used shredded coconut. I think it goes better with the lemon. Now I'm wondering about making it with Limes instead?

    This was a fantastic and refreshing dessert. My only issue is that I just don't like the bits of zest in there if they are too big. I am the same way about the texture of coconut, so the next time I make this, I will zest the lemon finer. Everyone in the family loved it, adults and kids.
