    first of all I think their is to much cheese in this dish. It had a lot of ingredients but the taste is nothing appealing. This is the second recipe I made of David's which I will feed to my dog.
    I prefer now my mama taught me to make a similiar dish. Mix finely diced zucchini, parm cheese, seasoned bread crumbs and eggs together. Make sure you put enough bread crumbs so it's not to wet. Put a tsp of baking power and fry in oil. When the bottom is brown turn them over and fry the other side. You can put sauce on them, pizza cheese and bake them until the cheese melts. Much better then this!

    Yes, this recipe is ideal for my vegetarian friends and family! Tastes great and is very easy to make! I love watching Dave Rocca! He is such a great chef! Viva Italia!

    I don't think there is anyway to make a bad zucchini dish but this one is really exceptional! My husband and I both loved every bite!
