ingredients

  • 5 big handfuls of baby arugula
  • 4 pears, sliced into 1/2-inch wedges
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Directions

Add the arugula to a large bowl. Add the pears and the lemon juice and drizzle with the olive oil. Season the salad with salt and pepper and give it a toss. Finish the salad with the shaved smoked provolone.
