After watching this episode I just had to make this cake & can I just say OMG, this cake is absolutely incredible - extremely easy instructions to follow and has a wonderful choccy taste. I love it even more because there is no flour. Thank you Gabriele & Debi - your show inspires myself & the hubby to get in the kitchen even more now especially when we get to open a bottle of white or red while we're at it - THANK YOU :

This cake is excellent. It has a lighter texture than I expected and even one of my dinner guests who does not care for cake desserts loved it.

I was so inspired by the food on this episode, I changed my plans for New Year's dessert to this cake. My daughters and I found it delicious and were surprised that it was not as sweet as we thought it would be since it is a dense cake, We had it with vanilla ice cream which was very refreshing. It's also nice to make a cake that does not need frosting and layers to make it tasty.
I look forward to making many more of your recipes and I thoroughly enjoy learning something new each week. Watching your show is like a mini vacation, wherever you are.
