    First time making Pappardelle pasta - so thin you can practically see through it. I was nervous that the noodles were TOO thin to survive in boiling water. NOT! I used an extra egg yoke in the recipe and was "generous" with salt and cracked black pepper. This is a great substitute to the conventional "round" pasta.

    This is a great pasta recipe, made it tonight with hubby's marinara sauce. Does anyone know if you can freeze the fresh pasta?

    nice and easy recipe for pasta. I use corn meal instead of semolina as I don't keep semolina on hand.
