The best lasagna I've ever made and the ONLY lasagna I will make from now on! There is a lot of meat so it's not cheap and it's a bit time consuming to make but SO worth it!

WOW! I've had lasagna prepared by many different people and none compares to this preparation. We enjoyed the smells of each step of preparation and the final product left us speechless except to say "Yum!" This is a definite keeper. WOW!

I made this very special lasagna for Christmas dinner. It was a bit of work but one of the most delicious lasagnas I ever made. I made extra sauce and froze it for another time. Delicious!!

This is the absolute best Lasagna Bolognese ... I made no modifications and froze the left over sauce. It reheated perfectly for the next lasagna.

I recently got into cooking, so I'm not very experienced but I grew up eating tons of very tasty food! So, bravely, I volunteered to make this dish as my contribution to my family's Thanksgiving dinner. It was the 1st thing to finish : Everyone was highly impressed (and this was a room full of excellent cooks A very very delicious recipe indeed. Highly recommend it!

Mama Mia is this ever delicious!! I am a lasagna lover but am picky about which recipe I use. This one has been added to my website, it's just fabulous!!! I gave it a five star because everything about it is wonderful. It freezes well too!

This is the best lasagne I have ever had, including from a restaurant. I tried to make lasagna once before and it was not good. This just melts in your mouth and it is easy to make. My husband and I both loved it. It was really good!!! We are going to make this for our Christmas dinner instead of the usual ham. It is that good. Thanks Debi and Gabriele for a great lasagna recipe that is easy to make.
