Amazing!!!!!! No mozz. no ricotta. So it's clean and delicious and fabulous. Make it, sit back (I did with a glass of chianti and fall in love with the wonderful things simple ingredients have to offer. Cheers!!

This is the best lasagna ever. I didn't have time to make the meat sauce from scratch so I used jar sauce and added the meat. I can only imagine how much better it will be when I do make the original version. My husband's comment was hilarious "It's so good I can't stop eating it and now I can't get off the couch." My kids, 12 and 9, loved it too.

this is the best lasagna i have ever made. My family loved it and i can't wait to share this recipe with others. I am on a journey back to my roots which is Italian and sharing it with my daughter. Watching this show and showing my daughter the love that goes into food is part of this trip. It is much more than just cooking! It is a show of love

I made this recipe twice for my family and every time it turns out wonderfully. I love lasagne alla bolognese it's lighter and has more flavor then a traditional american lasagna. The flavors come together perfectly. This is my to go to recipe for lasagna. No more pan heavy lasagna with tons of cheese etc. I'm all about keeping my meals simple but with lots of flavor!
