Ingredients

  • One 28-ounce can whole peeled pelati tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil 
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper 

Directions

Blend the tomatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper in a food processor, blender or in a bowl with an immersion blender until smooth.
