    These were really good- so light ant fluffy-(for the other poster- no milk needed the egg whites were beaten to milky constancy and worked very well- served with fresh blueberrries.. It's a good morning. Ciao e grazie mille!!!

    Loved, Loved, Loved these pancakes. Rich and velvety. Buy Ricotta on sale and stock up! Fresh fruit on top with a drizzle of Maple Syrup was amazing or a fresh fruited jam would also be great. My mother's day breakfast request...

    I tried this and it wasn't bad. Might have been better if the written recipe provided on-line followed the recipe Gabrielle used on the show. He added milk to the mix. There was no milk listed in the recipe. I'm a new cook, so to actually try it and find realize the discrepancy, well, that was disappointing. Maybe someone can post a corrected version? I'd be more than happy to try it again and, hopefully, give it 5 stars the next time. Love the show!
