    Delicious and easy to prepare, my family loves it. I've improvised the recipe a bit, I sometimes leave out the tomatoes and just add the fresh rosemary. Never been disappointed.

    This was excellent! I made it as part of my all Italian Sunday dinner. The olive oil taste, which I love, really comes through. It has a crunchy goodness that it so satisfying. It is really easy to make, but I did need to add a bit more flour due to the stickiness of the dough. Next time I make this I will also cut the salt down to 1 teaspoon, as 2 was too much for my taste. I think this dough is quite versatile and would be delicious with pancetta, parmesan or other cheeses and just about any herb. A definite keeper!

    This is a very flavorful bread addition. I have made it twice and have added my on touches for flavor. It is a very sticky dough and I needed to add extra flour but the end result is still the same good. The first time I did the salt, rosemary and tomatoes. The second time I added all fresh herbs, thyme, rosemary, sage and organo with marinated black olives and salt. It was wonderful. My husband was eating it right out of the oven. This is a keeper. If you can handle the prep time the results are worth it.
