This sandwich is like Tuscany in your mouth. My baker didn't have Pugliese bread so I used a Pane Italian he had fresh out of the oven. The closest thing my cheese store had to Casio di Roma was Pecorino Toscano. This sandwich is very fresh and delicious with only four ingredients the flavors are very bold and enjoyable. One of my new Fav's. Thanks Gabriele!
