This is a fantastic recipe! I use 5 roma tomatoes cut up into chunks about the size of 1/2 a cherry tomato and a pinch of red pepper flakes. This is quick, easy and healthy!!

I've made this dish about 4 times in the last month and a half, we love it so much. I followed the recipe minus the red peppers as the market I shop at either hides them really well or just doesn't sell them. I replaced the red peppers with about a teaspoon and a half of crushed red peppers. Just as good and just enough kick. I also added a yellow onion while cooking the garlic to give just a touch more flavor. It's a winner every time. We always have turkey sausage on hand now because of this recipe. Delicious!

I made this tonight for dinner. Excellent for paleo-dieters! This dish was fantastic. I added a little thyme and some fresh marjoram. Sooooo good. The pop of sweet juiciness of the tomatoes was off the hook. i am going to make this dish alot and I am also inspired to start making my own sausage!

WONDERFUL! Loved it loved it loved it....but, because I don't do spicy, I eliminated the peppers only. Still awesome!

I love the simplicity and flavor of this dish. I didn't have turkey sausage, so I used 1/2 lb. sliced Italian sausage and 1 lb. chopped chicken. I thought this would make a fabulous soup, so, to leftovers, I added chicken stock and additional seasoning. Served with toasted baguette, it was perfect!

This was the first recipe I tried and loved it straight away! Super easy and inexpensive to make! After trying this out my wife loved it. Then made it for my mother in law and even she loved it! I also have been deglazing with a touch of dry white like a inexpensive Pino G. Thank you for bringing such a simple dish to light.
