I love this dish. Easy, quick, tasty, reheats well and easily adjusted (though I just don't feel the need as it hits all of the taste points.

LOVE this recipe! So simple, healthy and hearty. I added canned artichoke hearts to stretch the meal out even more. Will make again and again. This one's going in my family recipe book.

Made this on a camping trip, didn't take bay leaves, don't think they were needed, added half an onion and used crushed red pepper flakes. Outstanding, 3 guys camping not a drop of sauce left over. Will cook this many more times.

My youngest son and myself loved this dish!! My husband really liked it also, but he is a true lover of sauces, so for him it was a not saucey enough for him. But he loved the flavor! I looked all over and could not find fresh bay leafs. So I used fresh basil leaves from my garden. I just wish when the cooking channel and the food network talk about dishes which I totally love. I have learned so much from you all of you, now I love to cook instead of the junk we used to feed my kids! It all came from boxes! But I am soooooooooo proud of my youngest son he actually tells me I don't want to buy out again, what r you making?

Holy crap, my new favorite recipe!! I hate to be one of those people that reviews a recipe even though I didn't follow it exactly but I followed the essence of it ;-. The changes were ; I used pork spicy sausage , no canollini beans used little pasta shells instead and didnt have fresh herbs so used dry herbs. That being said it was amazing! Added parmesan cheese once served and got rave reviews. It wasnt greasy, it was full of flavor. My husband usually loves marinara sauce but from now on its tuscan style! Thank you for an amazing recipe!
