Simply and very tasty. I doubled everything for leftovers and omitted the red peppers (not a fan of spicy food and it was perfect. Loved the fact that it used turkey sausage instead of pork to lower the fat also. Would absolutely make again.

This was so good and so fast and so easy! My family loved it and now I can't wait to make it for my friends. Thank you Gabriele and Debi!

Thank you Gabrielle and Debi for this amazing and easy dinner dish. The flavors are nice and fresh and the meal leaves you completely satisfied. I usually end up putting my own little twist to recipes, not with this one. DON'T change a thing folks, make it just like Gabrielle does, you won't be sorry.

This recipe is so easy to make and delicious. I especially like the crunchy contrast of the fresh parsley against the other ingredients. This has quickly become one of those must have recipes that I make in advance and freeze to enjoy on a weeknight. Nothing like coming home after a long day knowing I have this hearty, comforting meal to look forward to.
