    I made this for dinner tonight along with a simple salad. My husband raved!! So good! Will make again and again.

    Just made these for New Years Day dinner. I added a bit of olive oil and some chicken stock at the end to thin it a bit. Everyone loved it.

    This was really tasty n smooth and easy to make except it got dry and tasted dry after it got cold even with splash of extra olive oil. the only thing I forgot and not sure if it effected this was the lemon juice.
