Whenever I think of meatloaf I think of the scene in Christmas Story (filmed in Cleveland. woohaa) where Ralphie who is dreading eating his mother's meatloaf says "meatloaf, smeatloaf, double boatload...I hate meatloaf!" Man does that movie just slay me. Although I have no idea what was in Ralphie's mom meatloaf this version is sure to make you and your children much happier.

Decent recipe but better is achieved as follows: Use one and a half pounds of ground beef, a half pound of ground pork, a half pound of ground bacon, leave out the cipotle and paprika, and add two tablespoons of worsteshire, one tablespoon of soy sauce, three tablespoons of ketchup, and two tablesoons of yeiiow mustard - now you wiil have a great meatloaf!

Instead of bacon and ground chuck, I use a mixture of beef, pork & veal which makes for a moist meatloaf.
