ingredients

  • 2 cups sesame oil
  • 1 cup unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup high-quality fish sauce, such as Three Crabs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Directions

Combine the sesame oil, rice vinegar, fish sauce, soy sauce, mirin, red pepper flakes and garlic in a bowl and whisk thoroughly to fully incorporate. Use as a marinade or vinaigrette.
